One Moment precedes the following Moment and so on. Before a Moment of Empathy, the Mindset primes and guides the overall flow. The Mindset sets the stage for the Moment.

Continuous Learning and Improvement

The Ideas and concepts that no longer serve us are discarded. Inner (shadow) work shines a light on the waste. The cycle continues if desired. That’s removal. Curiosity is a key driver in exploring new ideas and concepts. Continue to Combine one concept with another and observe the results and the patterns.

Example: This is the relationship between this emotion and this emotion.

Key Questions:

  1. What do you find most fascinating about that idea?
  2. What assumptions do you have about that concept?
  3. How does the new idea or concept connect with another concept or idea?

Mental Resilience and Curiosity, Learning

Mental resilience is the ability to adapt to adversity, bounce back, and maintain functionality. Mental Resilience is developed by building support networks, the practice of self-care, setting goals, and learning from experiences without judging the experiences.

Mindful and Meditation practices quiet the mind so the individual may access inner and (multi-dimensionally higher) wisdom. Limiting beliefs and challenging emotions are released.

Curiosity allows us to explore long-held beliefs, opens us to new experiences, and deepens our spiritual understanding. Obstacles are overcome as they’re not burdened with judgments.

When you’re learning, observing your experiences, without judgment. Your observations are there to help to help you gather new insights about yourself others in the world around you.

Patience and Acceptance

  1. Trust the Process. Each journey is unique to each person. Both the healing process and the spiritual awakening Processes unfolds at the space, time, place, and pace with synchronizations for each individual.
  2. Embrace the uncertainty. Uncertainty gives us the room to practice patience. When we’re looking for insights we’re open to opportunities, our focus changes to meet our desire, our Will. It is the intent (Will) that gives us superpowers.
  3. Cultivate presence. Mindfulness of where you are in the Moment. Look for the subtleties, the nuances.
  4. Let go of control. Acceptance that not everything can be controlled. Removing the attachment is an act of surrender and leads to peace. This act of surrender will help to alleviate stress, nurture, emotional resilience, and will continue to empower you and other individuals to face the challenges with Grace and Faith.
  5. Acknowledge emotions. Take a few breaths before judging an emotion as positive or negative. The judgment of an emotion blocks true healing. Acknowledge the emotion, look for opportunities for self-love and compassion.
  6. Integrate the lessons. Part of healing in the spiritual awakening is acceptance and acceptance helps us put us in a position to integrate. The lessons, learned from our experiences in the daily life, and this facilitates, continuous growth and learning, and a deeper understanding of our true nature.
