Accountability during spiritual awakening and healing consists of non-attachment and non-aversion. Accountability recognizes the individual is accountable for beliefs, actions, and choices. Support is mutual and includes the sharing of challenges, successes, and insights.
Honesty with vulnerability are a part of accountability. Openness provides a feedback path. Honesty, vulnerability, and feedback are delivered and received with love and care. Intuition and Discernment provide the direction.
There are three key components to Accountability. Forgiveness releases the emotional attachment. Surrender removes the burden and weight of past wrongs. Acceptance and Letting Go identifies the stories of the past, releases the stories, and provides a framework for new stories with new thinking patterns to emerge.
Accountability is supported by action. This action includes meditation, prayer, reframing the obstacles and challenges, and consistent practice. The Actions reinforce and multiply the power of the Mindset.
