Applied Knowledge
Applied Knowledge is the practical use of information. Applied Knowledge deploys concepts, theories with analysis, and interpreting information to address specific issues.
- Concepts solve problems in the home, work, school, and in personal settings
- Apply theory to practical situations
- Analyze and interpret information in order to address a specific issue
- Develop and evaluate (new) solutions to simple and complex problems
When it comes to spiritual awakening and healing, familiar experiences are discarded or exchanged with useful and beneficial changes and shifts. The five most common changes and shifts are:
- Emotional and Psychological Changes
- Perceptual and Cognitive Shifts
- Social and Relational Changes
- Lifestyle and Behavioral Changes
- Challenges and Integration
Transform from Awareness to Application.
Accountability
Accountability is critical for healing and spiritual awakening as it calls upon us to own our thoughts, feelings, words, and actions. There’s also responsibility and recognizing what we do to contribute to our own experience.
Accountability includes not projecting our own issues onto another. Lastly, it’s making conscious choices as we walk in the day, rather than blaming the circumstance. Past mistakes do not define your self-worth or your potential. This is an Accountability to yourself. The Accountability section examines Accountability and Changes and Shifts in emotions, perceptions, social, lifestyle, and challenges.
The Path
There are lessons on the path that are experienced universally. Lessons are not linear and each individual experiences lessons as they happen for them. Questioning and challenging beliefs, initiating change, and consistent practice are core to spiritual awakening or healing.
The general cycle for spiritual awakening and healing is:
- Self-reflection and questioning
- Initiating change
- Crisis or spiritual rumbling
- Surrender and acceptance
- Transcendence
The general Process for spiritual awakening includes awareness, acceptance, processing, releasing, growing, integration, and transformation. The Process is ongoing and cyclical. The Process is enforced by consistent practice, continued learning, community and support, service and compassion, and ongoing self-reflection.
Transformation
Transformation occurs through Application, Active reshaping of knowledge, use of mechanisms, and ongoing transformation initiation.
