Question and Reconfigure
Reshaping knowledge requires an openness to questioning and story reframing. Maladaptive thought patterns can be changed through reframing. To reframe is to shift the perception of the situation, experience, or belief. Directionally, reframing is positive. Key reframing questions include:
- Are the automatic thoughts negative thoughts?
- Challenge: is the negative through valid and accurate?
- What is an alternate viewpoint or interpretation?
- What would be a new, balanced perspective?
Combine Knowledge
Research-based knowledge combines with other sources and types of evidence. A melding occurs where applied knowledge combines with other applied knowledge. Each individual’s spiritual awakening and healing journey is unique, as are the lessons.

Contextual Application
The capacity to identify key knowledge, integrate new ideas, and adjust concepts to suit changing circumstances is an essential aspect of discernment. The individual’s knowledge is contextualized to fit the personal needs and circumstances. When scenarios are presented to the individual, the core principles serve as a guide. The power of Contextual Application is amplified when multiple disciplines are mastered and embodied.
